Day 2 : Explore Kathmandu
We will start our day by exploring and sightseeing around the Kathmandu Valley. Today, we will visit Kathmandu and Pashupatinath Temple, both UNESCO-listed world heritage sites. You will be accompanied by our knowledgeable tour guide and have the convenience of a private driver to ensure a comfortable journey around the city. The tour guide will explain the site you visit, which will make your journey more interesting.
Kathmandu Durbar Square: Located in the heart of Kathmandu showcasing the rich architecture and cultural heritage. The main attractions of Kathmandu Durbar Square are visiting temples, palaces built between the 12th and 18th centuries, Hanuman Dhoka, and the Kumari Ghar(home of the living goddess).
Pashupatinath Temple: A Hindu Temple Dedicated to Lord Shiva, and visitors and devotees around the world come here to offer prayers. Located on the bank of the Bagmati River, only Hindus are allowed inside the temple premises; other visitors are welcome to explore the outer complex of Pashupatinath. The third day of the itinerary takes us to Boudhanath and Swayambhunath. You can also take a scenic flight to see Mount Everest and other Himalayan peaks. In the morning, the Everest view flight can be arranged upon the guest’s request.
Swayambhunath, Known as the monkey temple, lies on a Hill in the Kathmandu Valley, offering a panoramic view of the city. It is also listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Swayambhunath holds a special place in both Hinduism and Buddhism, surrounded by monasteries. Boudhanath: Our next stop is one of the popular tourist destinations. It has a spiritual vibe with Tibetan chanting and mantras. Day 4 : Kathmandu to Dhulikhel
