Your journey officially begins today with a scenic drive to Besisahar. The 7-hour bus ride takes you through lush landscapes, charming villages, and alongside rushing rivers. The drive offers a glimpse of the rural beauty of Nepal, setting the tone for the trek ahead. Upon arrival in Besisahar, you’ll check into a guesthouse for the night.

Day 3 : Take local jeep to Jagat and Trek to Chamje (1,400m) - 5 hrs. Overnight at a guesthouse.

Today, you’ll hop onto a local jeep that will take you to Jagat. From here, the trekking begins as you make your way to Chamje. The trail meanders through terraced fields, dense forests, and along the Marsyangdi River. The sound of the river, combined with the lush surroundings, makes this trek both peaceful and invigorating. Overnight at a guesthouse in Chamje.

Day 4 : Trek to Bagarchhap (2,160m) - 5 hrs. Overnight at a guesthouse.

The trek continues as you head towards Bagarchhap, a small village with traditional Tibetan architecture. Along the way, you’ll pass through rhododendron forests and cross several suspension bridges. The changing landscape as you gain altitude is mesmerizing, with the distant peaks beginning to reveal themselves. Overnight at a guesthouse in Bagarchhap.

Day 5 : Trek to Chame (2,630m) - 5 hrs. Overnight at a guesthouse

Today’s trek takes you to Chame, the district headquarters of the Manang district. The trail offers stunning views of Annapurna II and Lamjung Himal. As you walk, the air becomes crisper and the scenery more dramatic. Chame is a lovely village with hot springs where you can relax after the day’s trek. Overnight at a guesthouse in Chame.

Day 6 : Trek to Pisang (3300 meters) 5 hours. Overnight at a guesthouse.

Leaving Chame behind, you’ll trek to Pisang, which is divided into Lower and Upper Pisang. The trail gradually ascends, offering panoramic views of the surrounding peaks and valleys. The landscape here is a mix of arid hills and lush green areas, creating a unique visual experience. Overnight at a guesthouse in Pisang.

Day 7 : Trek to Manang (3,540m) - 5 hrs. Overnight at a guesthouse.

Today’s trek takes you to Manang, a beautiful village nestled in the Himalayas. The trail passes through pine forests and across rivers, with towering mountains on all sides. Manang is known for its rich culture and tradition, with plenty of opportunities to interact with the local people. Overnight at a guesthouse in Manang.

Day 8 : Acclimatization day at Manang village. Overnight at a guesthouse.

Acclimatization is key at this altitude, so today is spent in Manang to help your body adjust. You can explore the village, visit a local monastery, or hike up to a nearby viewpoint for breathtaking views of the Annapurna range. Day 9 : Trek to Yak Kharka (4,000m) - 5 hrs. Overnight at a guesthouse.

With your body now acclimatized, you’ll trek to Yak Kharka. The trail gradually ascends, and you’ll notice the landscape becoming more rugged and barren. Keep an eye out for yaks grazing on the hillsides, as the name of the place suggests. The views of Annapurna III and Gangapurna are particularly striking from here. Day 10 : Trek to Thorong Phedi (4,450m) - 5 hrs. Overnight at a guesthouse.

Today, you’ll trek to Thorong Phedi, the base camp for the Thorong La Pass. The trail is steep and challenging, but the views are worth every step. As you approach Thorong Phedi, the surrounding peaks seem almost close enough to touch. This is a day of preparation for the big push over the pass tomorrow. Day 11 : Trek to Muktinath (3,800m) via Thorung La pass (5,416m) - 8 hrs. Overnight at a guesthouse.

This is the most challenging and rewarding day of the trek. You’ll start early to cross the Thorong La Pass, the highest point of the Annapurna Circuit. The ascent is tough, but the panoramic views from the top are unforgettable. After the pass, the trail descends to Muktinath, a sacred site for both Hindus and Buddhists. The sense of achievement as you reach Muktinath is immense. Overnight at a guesthouse in Muktinath.

Day 12 : Trek to Jomson (2,670m) - 6 hrs. Overnight at a guesthouse.

After the excitement of crossing the pass, today’s trek to Jomsom feels leisurely. The trail takes you through the Kali Gandaki valley, with its striking landscapes and dry riverbeds. Jomsom is a lively town with an airport, marking the end of your trekking adventure. Overnight at a guesthouse in Jomsom.

Day 13 : Morning Fly to Pokhara - 30 minutes. Overnight at Hotel

In the morning, you’ll board a short flight to Pokhara, where you can finally rest and relax. Pokhara is a lakeside city known for its calm beauty and great atmosphere. You can spend the day exploring or simply unwinding by the lake. Overnight at a hotel in Pokhara.

Day 14 : Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu by tourist bus: 6-7 hours.

Your journey concludes with a beautiful drive back to Kathmandu. As you make your way through the countryside, you’ll have time to reflect on the incredible experiences of the past two weeks.
