Besides, Pokhara is a place that provides a stunning view of the Sunrise and the closest view of Mount Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, and Machhapuchhre.

The tour starts with a sightseeing tour in Kathmandu. Sightseeing tour in Kathmandu consists of sightseeing to major UNESCO listed heritage sites in Kathmandu such as Pashupatinath, Swayambhunath, Boudhanath, and Kathmandu Durbar Square. Then, expanding the tour to Pokhara taking the earliest flight from Kathmandu, Begnas Tal will be the very first destination in Pokhara. Apart from this, Pokhara is the city of Caves so, we will visit some major caves in Pokhara like Gupteshwor cave, Mahendra cave, Birendra cave, and bat cave. There are many famous places to explore in Pokhara such as David’s falls set river George, phew a lake, and Tal bara hi and an early sunrise view from Sarangkot. The view from Sarangkot also includes the stunning view of Mount. Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, and Machhapure. Then flying back to Kathmandu, we will visit other heritage sites in Kathmandu i.e Bhaktapur and Patan Durbar Square.

      Itinerary

      Day 1 : Arrival in Kathmandu

      Flying over the Himalayas and enjoying the natural landscapes as well as a drastic view from your flight you will land at Tribhuvan International Airport. Our Airport representative will pick you up from the Airport terminal and transfer you to the hotel in Kathmandu. Then we will introduce you to your guide and they will give you a short briefing about the tour. After the introduction, you can either stroll around the city or rest in the hotel and be ready for the next day sightseeing of the whole city. Overnight at a hotel in Kathmandu.

      Day 2 : Kathmandu Sightseeing

      Your second day starts with the sightseeing tour in the capital city, Kathmandu. Early morning after breakfast get ready for the full day exploration in the city. We will start with the holy temple for Hindu, Pashupatinath. It is one of the cultural heritage listed in the UNESCO heritage list. Lord Shiva is worshipped here. It is a sacred place for Hinduism and thousands of devotees from all around the country as well as from India come to worship Lord Shiva here. Then, from Pashupatinath Temple, we will drive to Boudhanath, a sacred site for Buddhists. It is one of the most striking landmarks in Kathmandu built in a shape mandala design. Moreover, this place reflects the culture and tradition similar to that of Tibet. Similarly, we will visit another sacred site of Buddhism, Swayambhunath, popular as the monkey temple. It is one of the oldest heritage sites in Kathmandu which is probably 2500 years old. The stupa has unique features with Buddha’s eyes and eyebrows painted on it. Last but not the least, we will visit another shrine in Kathmandu, is Kathmandu Durbar square in Basantapur. It is surrounded by various fountains, small ponds, series of the courtyard, and pagoda-style temples. Besides, we will visit the Royal Palace, Hanuman Dhoka inside the complex of Durbar square which used to be the home for ancient kings. The Durbar square seems more lively during the evening. You can spend as much time in Durbar square. Overnight at the hotel.

      Day 3 : Fly to Pokhara and Pokhara Sightseeing

      After breakfast, we will take the earliest flight to Pokhara from Kathmandu. The flight will take about 30 min which will let us witness the stunning view of snow-capped peaks and landscapes. Then after landing at Pokhara we will 1st start our sightseeing tour from Begnas Tal and boating here is optional. Pokhara is a city of caves, so we will visit several caves on Pokhara such as Mahendra cave, Bat cave, Birendra cave, and Gupteshwor cave. Another popular tourist destination in Pokhara is David’s Falls which is a waterfall in Pokhara. So, after lunch, we will visit David falls and then drive to Lakeside for the amazing evening view of Phewa lake. In the evening, the street and the lakeside of Pokhara is full of concerts and gigs. The nightlife of Pokhara is something to bargain about. so, you can either go for the live music or enjoy the traditional performance in Pokhara at night. Overnight at a hotel in Pokhara

      Day 4 : Sunrise view from Sarangkot and fly back to Kathmandu

      Today is the day when you will have to wake up a little earlier than the remaining day to catch the sunrise view from Sarangkot in Pokhara. Early morning you will drive to Sarangkot, a major viewpoint to view the sunrise as well as the view of the Himalayas. You will witness the stunning view of Mount Machhapuchhre, Annapurna, and Dhaulagiri. The view of the sunrise striking over these peaks is a moment to capture in Sarangkot. After spending a couple of hours there, you will drive back to the hotel for breakfast. After breakfast, we will visit Tal Barahi Temple in the middle of Phewa Lake by boating in Phewa lake. Then, we will fly back to Kathmandu. Upon reaching Kathmandu, we will visit some of the remaining sites in Kathmandu which includes Patan Durbar Square in Patan and Bhaktapur Durbar Square in Bhaktapur. Then in the evening, we will have a farewell dinner at some typical Nepalese restaurants. Overnight at a hotel in Kathmandu.

      Day 5 : Departure

      After a 4 nights and 5 days tour to  Kathmandu and Pokhara, today you will bid farewell to the country. Early morning depending upon your flight time, you can either shop or prepare for your departure. Our representative will pick you up from the designated place and transfer you to the airport to board on flight for your onward destination.
