We will follow a well-marked trail at a relaxed pace. We will head all the way to the famous Tengboche Monastery (3850m) for epic mountain views. The adventure starts with a quick flight to Lukla, then it goes into Namche Bazaar before reaching Tengboche village. Don’t miss nearby Khumjung village, where the friendly Sherpa people will welcome you with open arms.

Best Time for Everest View Trek

Timing is very important, especially when it comes to mountain views! For the Everest View Trek, your best bet is to aim for either spring time which is from March to May or the fall which is from September to November. During these shoulder seasons, you will get the sweet spot: comfortable temperatures, clear skies, and the majestic Himalayas in all their glory. What to Carry for during Everest View Trek

  • Clothing: Layered clothing, thermal wear, a down jacket, trekking pants, and moisture-wicking t-shirts.

Itinerary
Day 1 : Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu(1,345m)

Arrival at the Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu (1,345m). Overnight stay at a hotel.

Day 2 : Day 2: Fly to Lukla from Kathmandu Trek to Phakding (2,620 m.)

Our Journey starts with a Morning flight to Lukla (2,804 meters) from Kathmandu. Our representative will pick you up and head towards Kathmandu Domestic Airport. The flight to Lukla is around 35 minutes.

Upon arrival, you will be treated to stunning mountain views.
From Lukla, we will trek to Phakding (2,610 meters), which will take around 3 hours. This easy stroll will lead us through lush forests, farmland and along the Dudh Koshi River.

Don’t forget the stunning mountain vistas along the way. Overnight at the Guesthouse in Phakding

Day 3 : Day 3: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,441 meters) for 5 hours.

On the third day, we will head towards the renowned resting spot, Namche Bazaar. The trail winds through breathtaking forests, with steep climbs and river crossings via suspension bridges.

As the day draws to a close and you arrive in Namche Bazaar, the sight of the golden mountains at sunset will captivate you—it’s truly breathtaking! With the mesmerizing view of Mount Everest, your fatigue will fade away.

Spend the night in the vicinity of Namche Bazaar for a memorable experience. Overnight stay at the Guesthouse.

Day 4 : Day 4: Namche Bazaar Acclimatization day and Hike to Syangboche Everest View hotel

Today is your acclimatization day in Namche Bazaar, a crucial step in adjusting to the altitude. You have the option to hike to the Syangboche Everest View Hotel, where you’ll be treated to close-up views of iconic peaks like Mount Everest, Amadablam, Thamserku, and Lhotse.

Take your time to soak in the awe-inspiring scenery before returning to your guesthouse for the night. It’s a day to rest and admire the wonders of the Himalayas up close.

Day 5 : Day 5: Trek to Tengboche Monastery (3,860 meters)

On the fifth day, the adventure takes you on a trek to Tengboche Monastery, situated at an elevation of 3,860 meters. The journey will span approximately 5 hours, allowing you to dive yourself into the natural beauty and serenity of the surroundings.

As you traverse the picturesque trails, you’ll witness breathtaking vistas unfolding before your eyes. Upon reaching Tengboche Monastery, you’ll be greeted by its tranquil ambiance and stunning architecture. Prepare to spend the night at a cozy guesthouse, where you can rest and rejuvenate after a fulfilling day of trekking.

Day 6 : Day 6: Trek to Khumjung Village (3,865meters)

Our journey continues to Khumjung Village, nestled at an impressive altitude of 3,865 meters. We will trek for 5 hours; you’ll traverse rugged terrain and winding paths, immersing yourself in the raw beauty of the Himalayan landscape. Along the way, you’ll encounter breathtaking vistas and unique flora and fauna, making each step a memorable experience.

Upon reaching Khumjung Village, you’ll be greeted by its welcoming atmosphere and rich cultural heritage. Spend the night at a cozy guesthouse, where you can reflect on the whole day’s adventures and get ready for the wonders that await you tomorrow

Day 7 : Day 7: Trek down to Monjo

Enjoy a gentle descent to Monjo, a charming trek spanning around 4 hours. Take in the serene scenery as you make your way downhill, admiring the natural beauty around you. Upon reaching Monjo, you’ll discover a cozy guesthouse ready to welcome you, providing the perfect haven to relax and rejuvenate for the evening.

Day 8 : Day 8: Trek to Lukla

Embark on a trek back to Lukla. It is the last trek of our journey to Everest View and a delightful four-hour trek. Take in the sights and sounds of the trail as you make your way back, reminiscing about the adventures of your trip. Upon arrival in Lukla, settle into a cozy guesthouse for the night, where you can reflect on your experiences and enjoy a well-deserved rest.

Day 9 : Day 9: Flight from Lukla to Kathmandu

We’ll catch an early morning flight from Lukla to Kathmandu. Once we arrive in Kathmandu, you’ll have the option to either relax at a hotel or venture out to explore the city.

Day 10 : Departure

Our adventurous journey, the Everest View trek, came to an end today, making it our final day together. We’ll embark on a brief flight to Tribhuvan Airport, where we’ll bid you a fond farewell.
