Kathmandu, along with its neighboring district Bhaktapur and Patan have seven heritage sites listed in a UNESCO world heritage list. You will explore Pashupatinath, Swayambhunath, Boudhanath, and Kathmandu Durbar Square in Kathmandu. On the other hand, Bhaktapur offers you the Bhaktapur durbar square as well as its nearby monuments and temples. Similarly, Patan displays Newari architecture during the Malla regime. You will explore Patan Durbar Square, Mahaboudha temple, Kumbeshwar temple, Krishna mandir, the golden temple as well as other various sites.

Your tour to Kathmandu starts with your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport. Our Airport representative will pick you up from the airport terminal and transfer you to the hotel of your choice. We will introduce you to your guides and they will give you a short briefing about the tour. In the evening we will enjoy the night out in the city of Kathmandu.
Today is the day when you will explore the capital city, Kathmandu. Early morning after breakfast gathers the energy for the whole day expedition of the valley. Today we will explore several historical sites in Kathmandu including
Pashupatinath temple:Â We will first start our sightseeing tour with Pashupatinath, a famous and sacred Hindu temple. It is a Hindu temple of Lord Shiva, located at the bank of the river Bagmati approximately 5km northeast of Kathmandu. Thousands of Hindu devotees from all over the country visit this place once in their lifetime. The temples reflect the art and architecture as well as the tradition of Nepalese people.
 Boudhanath: From Pashupatinath, we will make our next visit to Boudhanath Stupa. It is one of the popular stupas among Buddhists, located about 11km from the center and northeastern edges of Kathmandu. Boudhanath stupa is listed in UNESCO world heritage sites and one of the most striking landmarks in Kathmandu. The stupa is 36m high built in the shape of a mandala design. It is said that the location of the stupa was once an ancient trade route to Tibet where merchants rest and pray for many centuries.
Swayambhunath: Another remarkable historical site that Kathmandu offers is Swayambhunath. It is an ancient religious complex and the most sacred among Buddhist pilgrimage sites. The stupas have unique features such as a variety of shrines and temples and Buddha’s eyes and eyebrows painted on them. Swyambhunath Stupa is the oldest heritage of Kathmandu which is probably 2500 years old. Moreover, it is one of the heritage-listed in the UNESCO world heritage list.
Kathmandu Durbar Square:Â we will end the day with a visit to another UNESCO listed heritage site, Kathmandu Durbar Square. A visit to Kathmandu will be complete with the visit to this cultural site. It is surrounded by various fountains, ancient statues, small ponds, series of the courtyard, and small temples. Besides, there is the Old Royal place inside the complex of Durbar Square which used to be the house of ancient kings.
Your day starts with an exciting adventure of Mountain flight to the world’s highest peak, Mt. Everest. You will have a thrilling yet adventurous mountain flight experience. We will start an early morning flight to the mountain so that we could capture the morning view of the incredible 800m peaks. If you want to get a close view of Everest in a short amount of time, then this is the best option for you. The one hour flight to the mountain will give you an amazing experience to encounter the stunning views of the Mountains. Besides Everest, this flight will take you across Gaurishankar, Cho Oyu, Pumori, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, and several other peaks.
Bhaktapur Durbar Square:Â After a close encounter with the Himalayas, we will spend the rest of the day exploring another city in Kathmandu Valley. In Bhaktapur, we will visit the Bhaktapur Durbar Square which is the Royal Palace of the old Bhaktapur Kingdom. Besides, we will explore Nyatpola, Akash Bhairab, Teil Mahadevsiddhi Laxmi, and many more places which are near the Durbar square. From there we will head back to the hotel and spend the night exploring the city in Kathmandu.
Patan Durbar Square:Â The temples in this durbar square display the Newari architecture during the Malla regime. You will explore Patan Durbar Square, Mahaboudha temple, Kumbeshwar temple, Krishna mandir, along the golden temple. Patan is an open museum showcasing the ancient carved windows, intrinsic roof, statues of gods and goddesses, pagoda-style temples, and metalwork facade. From Patan, we will head back to the hotel in Kathmandu. You can either rest or go for the night out in Kathmandu
Our last day in the capital city. Early morning, after breakfast, depending upon your flight time one can either go for the visit to Thamel or any other place of their interest. Our representative will pick you up from the place of your visit and transfer you to the Airport to board a flight for the onward destination.
